![]() When that is completed you should then see "Account Linked" shown. ![]() ![]() For Pandora you then need to click on "Link" and type in your id and password for your Pandora account. Next you should see a screen that shows four mobile apps that you can setup (link), one of which is Pandora (the others are Aha, Slacker Radio and iHeart Radio). Finally, you need to click on "Download Uconnect Access App" (which makes no sense but that is where you need to go). Once you have logged into your Dashboard account you need to click on "My Account" and then on "Uconnect Access". To get Pandora linked you must use a computer to go online to the Jeep "Dashboard" web site and log into your account (you may have to set up your account if you haven't already done so). You must have a phone with the Uconnect app on it and in the app you must have the Pandora app "linked" in the "Via Mobile Setup" section of the settings in the Uconnect app. It turns out that there are several things that are required in order for the Pandora app to work. I don't know if this same problem occurs with Android phones. I am using an iPhone with the latest version of the Uconnect app on it and running IOS 11. I had been hoping that the newest Uconnect update to version 17.11.07 would resolve this problem but I still got the same result after I got the update a few weeks ago so I decided to call Jeep support and see if they could help me get it working. If you press "Setup" nothing happens and if you press "OK" then the app shuts down. It has a message that says the app cannot start up. It would work occasionally but most of the time it would "time out" after I tried to start it up and I would get a screen what shows two buttons - "OK" and "Setup". ![]() I have not had much luck getting the Uconnect Pandora app working on my 2015 Cherokee since I bought the vehicle. ![]()
